By scheduling a service with Home Care Point, you agree to provide accurate information about your AC or gas stove issue and allow our technician to inspect and repair the appliance at your location.

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • Service charges will be informed after inspection and proper diagnosis.

  • The final cost depends on the nature of the repair, spare parts required, and service complexity.

  • Payment must be made upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept cash and online payment methods.

3. Service Warranty

  • We provide a limited service warranty as communicated at the time of repair.

  • Warranty applies only to the repaired part or specific service performed.

  • Warranty does not cover new or unrelated issues.

  • Damage caused by physical impact, voltage fluctuations, gas leakage due to external reasons, water damage, or misuse is not covered under warranty.

4. Spare Parts

  • Genuine or high-quality compatible spare parts will be used when required.

  • Spare parts warranty (if applicable) will be clearly communicated to the customer.

  • Replaced old parts can be returned to the customer upon request.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking before technician dispatch.

  • If cancellation is made after the technician reaches the location, a visiting charge may apply.

6. Limitation of Liability

Home Care Point is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing faults or hidden damage in the appliance

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Damage caused by external factors such as power fluctuations, improper gas connection, or misuse

  • Any issues arising after unauthorized third-party repairs

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are required to:

  • Provide safe working conditions at the service location

  • Ensure proper power supply and access to the appliance

  • Inform the technician about any previous repairs or known issues

8. Changes to Terms

Home Care Point reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
